Getting mental health support should not be this hard.
For millions of people, the biggest barrier to mental health care is not willingness. It is access. Long wait times, limited local providers, the discomfort of walking into a clinic, and the stigma that still surrounds mental health treatment keep people from getting help they deserve.
Thrive Telemedicine was built to remove those barriers. From the privacy of your own home, you can connect with a licensed clinician who takes your mental health as seriously as your physical health. No waiting list. No commute. No judgment.
You do not have to keep managing this alone.
Thrive provides medication management and counseling support for a range of mental health conditions. Every treatment plan is built around your history, your symptoms, and your goals.

Generalized anxiety disorder
Persistent worry, racing thoughts, and physical symptoms of anxiety that make it difficult to get through the day. Evidence-based medication management can significantly reduce symptoms and help you feel like yourself again.

Social anxiety
Fear of judgment, avoidance of social situations, and the toll that takes on your relationships and career. Thrive provides medication support for social anxiety alongside counseling to help you build confidence over time.

Depression
Low mood, loss of motivation, difficulty concentrating, and emotional exhaustion that does not lift on its own. Depression is a medical condition, not a character flaw, and evidence-based treatment works. Thrive offers non-controlled antidepressant medication management along with counseling support.

Mood disorders
Emotional dysregulation, persistent mood fluctuations, and related symptoms that affect your daily functioning and relationships. Your Thrive provider will work with you to find a medication and support approach that brings real stability.

Insomnia and sleep disruption
Chronic difficulty falling or staying asleep, particularly when connected to anxiety, depression, or stress. Thrive addresses sleep disruption with non-controlled medication options and strategies that target the underlying cause, not just the symptom.

General mental wellness
Ongoing support for patients who want consistent, proactive care for their mental health as part of a broader wellness approach. Thrive is here for the long term, not just when things feel urgent.

Why Thrive for Mental Health
Mental health care that takes you seriously.
Licensed clinician-led care
Every Thrive patient is seen by a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. Not an algorithm. Not a chatbot. A real provider who reviews your full history and stays involved in your care.
Medication management done right
Thrive prescribes non-controlled medications for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and insomnia, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and other evidence-based non-controlled treatments. Every prescription is based on a thorough clinical evaluation, not a five-minute questionnaire.
Counseling support available
For patients who benefit from talk-based support alongside medication, Thrive offers counseling as part of your care. Medication and counseling together produce better outcomes than either alone for most patients.
Private and HIPAA compliant
Your appointments take place entirely online through a fully secure, confidential platform. What you share stays between you and your provider.
Ongoing monitoring and support
Thrive does not write a prescription and disappear. Your provider monitors your progress, checks in regularly, and adjusts your plan when your needs change. This is a clinical relationship, not a transaction.
Serving FL, AL, and GA
Wherever you are in Florida, Alabama, or Georgia, Thrive is available to you. Your provider is online.

Frequently asked questions
What mental health conditions does Thrive treat?
Thrive provides care for generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, and general mental wellness. We offer medication management and counseling support for these conditions.
Do I need a referral to book a mental health appointment?
No. You can book directly through the Thrive website. Your clinician will conduct a full intake evaluation during your first visit.
What medications does Thrive prescribe for mental health?
Thrive prescribes non-controlled medications for mental health conditions, including SSRIs (such as sertraline and escitalopram), SNRIs (such as venlafaxine and duloxetine), buspirone, hydroxyzine, and other evidence-based non-controlled treatments. All prescriptions are based on a thorough clinical evaluation.
Does Thrive prescribe medications for ADHD?
Thrive does not prescribe controlled stimulant medications via telehealth. If you are seeking ADHD treatment that requires a controlled substance, your Thrive provider can help refer you to an appropriate in-person provider.
Is telehealth mental health care as effective as in-person care?
For medication management and counseling support, telehealth has been shown to produce outcomes comparable to in-person care for most patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and related conditions. The key is having a qualified, engaged clinician, which is what Thrive provides.
How is my privacy protected?
All Thrive visits take place on a fully HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Your information is confidential and protected. What you share with your provider stays between you and your care team.
How long does it take to see results from mental health medication?
Most patients begin noticing meaningful improvement within 4 to 8 weeks of starting medication. Some experience earlier relief. Your provider will monitor your progress at regular follow-up appointments and adjust your plan based on how you are responding.
Do you accept insurance?
Most Thrive mental health services are structured for direct-pay simplicity. We do not bill insurance for most visits, but we can provide documentation to support reimbursement requests where applicable.
About our prescribing scope
Thrive Telemedicine provides medication management for non-controlled medications including evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and insomnia. We do not prescribe Schedule II or III controlled substances via telehealth. If your treatment plan requires a controlled substance prescription, your Thrive provider will help refer you to an appropriate in-person provider who can support that need.
